About Neurolutionary

The four-minute reflection app, its author and the Neurolutionary article library.

Neurolutionary — Four minutes to a solution

When thoughts keep going in circles or choosing a next step feels difficult, take a few minutes for yourself. Choose a topic or describe your situation and receive a personal reflection.

From your situation to a next step

  • Choose a topic or describe your own situation.
  • Notice your reactions and needs.
  • Save your solution and explore further if you wish.

One personal solution each day is included at no cost. Four minutes is a guide to a short reflection; read at your own pace.

Our mission

We create an app and clear educational materials to help people understand their reactions, reflect on everyday situations and find a realistic next step. The website also maintains a library about health, the body, habits and the psychological context of everyday life.

What we cover

  • Nutrition, eating behavior, and practical food choices without rigid diet rules.
  • Physical activity, walking, strength, mobility, and gradual progression.
  • Sleep, rest, recovery, and sustainable workload management.
  • Habits, prevention, body care, and safe lifestyle change.
  • Stress, emotions, the nervous system, and responsible body–mind health education.

How we approach recommendations

Editorial framework

PrincipleWhat it means
Context over universal formulasThe usefulness of advice depends on health, age, environment, resources, preferences, and goals.
Evidence and limitsWe separate checkable evidence from interpretation, personal experience, and questions that remain uncertain.
One realistic actionA guide should help the reader choose a concrete next step rather than add another long list of demands.
SafetyWe mark contraindications, stop signals, and situations where a general article is not enough.
Sustainability over perfectionA missed day does not erase progress; a workable plan includes a route back.

Body and mind are not separate systems

Stress can affect sleep, appetite, pain, muscle tension, and digestion. Sleep loss can affect emotion, concentration, and eating behavior. Environment can support healthy habits or make them harder. We discuss these interactions without claiming that physical symptoms are imaginary or caused by one unresolved emotion.

What we do not do

  • We do not promise guaranteed results or rapid transformation.
  • We do not explain disease through character, one emotion, or insufficient discipline.
  • We do not advise stopping prescribed treatment for a diet, supplement, training plan, or wellness procedure.
  • We do not turn prevention into an endless list of tests and products.
  • We do not use shame or self-punishment as behavior-change tools.

Who is responsible for the material

The author is responsible for topic selection, structure, sources, examples, and the practical conclusion. The psychology editor reviews psychological accuracy, careful language, self-help boundaries, and the risk of overgeneralization. Medical and specialized topics explicitly state where general education ends and individualized professional assessment begins.
